Refund policy

Tatva Krti Inc. is committed to your satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. If more than 30 days have passed since delivery, we cannot offer a refund or exchange, except where required by law (for example, EU 14-day cooling-off rights — see Section 7).

2. Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

In the same condition you received them (unworn / unused).
Returned with original tags and packaging.
Returned with your receipt or proof of purchase.

Items that do not meet these requirements may be refused or subject to partial refund.

3. How to Start a Return

Email us at growwithus@tatvakrti.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return. Include photos if the item is damaged or incorrect.
Do not send items back without first receiving return authorization from us. Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
If your return is approved, we will send you return instructions and a return shipping label (when applicable).

4. Return Shipping Costs & Responsibility

For standard returns (non-defective), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless we state otherwise.
If the return is a result of our error (wrong item or defective product), we will cover return shipping and provide a prepaid label.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by law or when we are at fault.

5. Damages, Defects & Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item is defective, damaged in transit, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at growwithus@tatvakrti.com with photos and your order number. We will evaluate the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, repair, or full refund (including return shipping).

6. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless defective or required by law:

Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants).
Customized or personalized items (special orders).
Opened personal care / hygiene products.
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Sale items and gift cards (unless otherwise stated).

7. European Union — 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is delivered to an address in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order for any reason within 14 days of receipt. Returned goods must be in the original condition and packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase. This right is in addition to our standard 30-day policy and does not apply to certain non-returnable items listed above.

8. Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item for a refund (once accepted) and place a new order for the replacement. If you prefer, we may be able to process an exchange directly — contact us at growwithus@tatvakrti.com and include the desired replacement item and size/variant. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

9. Refunds & Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email about whether your refund is approved.
If approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it can take additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund to your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at growwithus@tatvakrti.com.

10. Cancellations & Order Changes

If you need to cancel or change your order, contact us immediately at growwithus@tatvakrti.com. If the order has not yet shipped we will do our best to accommodate the request. Once an order has shipped, you must follow the standard return process.
