How do I earn and redeem points?
Create an account, then shop, review, share, and recycle to earn. Redeem at checkout — rewards apply automatically while you are signed in.
Do points expire?
After 12 months of inactivity. We will email you before anything lapses.
Which purchases qualify?
Most orders in Canada and the United States. Gift cards and taxes do not earn points.
How are review and recycle points verified?
By hand. Reviews are matched to a real order, and photo submissions are checked before the points land — usually within a couple of days.
Can I combine rewards with discount codes?
Some promotions cannot be combined. You will see what is eligible at checkout before you pay.
Is Tatva Circle available in my region?
