Yes, for most people — they are formulated with organic coconut oil for skin contact. Let the wax cool two to three minutes after extinguishing, test on a small patch first, and avoid broken skin.
Do I need to know my dosha to choose one?
No. Most people pick by what they want to feel rather than by constitution — grounding, cooling, or waking up. The product pages describe each in those terms.
How long do they burn?
Roughly 45–50 hours. Allow a full wax pool on the first burn, keep the wick trimmed to 5–6mm, burn in 2–3 hour sessions, and keep them out of draughts.
