Shipping policy

1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive another notification with tracking details.
In rare cases of high order volume or supply delays, processing time may take longer. If there is a significant delay in shipment, we will notify you via email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer standard and express delivery options through trusted carriers such as Canada Post, USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
Estimated delivery times:
- Canada: 3–7 business days after dispatch
- United States: 5–10 business days after dispatch
- Other international destinations: 10–20 business days (where available)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or weather conditions.
3. Shipping Destinations
Currently, Tatva Krti Inc. ships to:
- All provinces within Canada
- All states within the United States
If you would like us to ship to another region, please contact us at growwithus@tatvakrti.com before placing your order.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier link.
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after your order is dispatched.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
Tatva Krti Inc. is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied to your order.
All charges imposed during or after shipping (including tariffs and taxes) are the customer’s responsibility.
6. Delivery Issues
We are not liable for shipments delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, such as carrier delays, incorrect addresses, or customs inspections.
Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be responsible for the reshipping costs.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at growwithus@tatvakrti.com with photos of the damaged items and packaging.
We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier first to file a claim. If unresolved, reach out to us and we’ll assist you in locating the package.

9. International Orders
“International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the customer’s responsibility.”
